Shanghai – A unique agreement for Italy has been signed: Prosecco Doc officially becomes a subject of study for the students of the Shanghai Trade School. A module of 14 hours has been inserted in the curriculum for those students who yearn to become professionals in the catering and hotel industry. The module includes lessons on the territories of origin, production methods, tasting techniques and a study on the possible combinations of Prosecco with Chinese dishes. (9Colonne)
