Rio de Janeiro – August 2th is just around the corner for the Italian athletes heading to Rio de Janeiro for the Triathlon. The Azzurri will compete in the pre-Olympic Test Event alongside a host of other nations, in view of the Olympic Games of 2016. “The pre-Olympic will be an opportunity to study the race course. To this end, the Fitri Centre for Studies and the Institute of Sports Science CONI have prepared a shared protocol to collect all information that will be useful in the coming year to better prepare for August 2016,” explained technical director Mario Miglio, who will accompany the Italian delegation in Brazil, composed of Alessandro Fabian, Davide Uccellari, Luca Facchinetti, Annamaria Mazzetti, and Alice Betto.
