Naypyidaw – The Italian Cooperation has decided to grant a humanitarian contribution of €250.000, welcoming the request of the Myanmar Government to face the disaster caused by Hurricaine Komen. The Italian contribution will support the delivery of food and first necessity goods to the afflicted families, including the WASH kit, carried out by the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent. The Italian Red Cross will work with the communities of the States of Chin and Rakhine and in the Regions of Sagaing and Magwaytati. (9colonne)
