11 August, 2015 – A narrator of taste and culture is a new professional profile invented to promote Italy’s gastronomic excellences abroad. The course has just opened at the University of Urbino, with the goal of creating a valuable network between institutions, academics and the most important companies of the sector. The narrator of taste is a wellbeing sponsor, a person that can give value to the foundational elements of Italian taste: tradition, specificity, territory, transparency and traceability.
