Khartoum – A new project to help children with disabilities and orphans in the city of Khartoum, Sudan, was approved by the Directorate General for Development Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. With a €500,000 contribution managed by the Embassy’s Cooperation Office, Italy is committed to helping ensure the full enjoyment of rights and equal access to goods and services to persons with disabilities in the city of Khartoum, in line with international and European standards.
