Abu Dhabi – The Minister of Justice Andrea Orlando leaves today for Abu Dhabi to sign agreements on judicial cooperation with the United Arab Emirates. The Minister will sign with his counterpart Sultan bin Saeed Al Badi an extradition treaty and an agreement on judicial cooperation in criminal matters, two instruments that will improve and strengthen cooperation between Italy and the UAE in the field of justice. The agreement aims to fully regulate extremely topical matters, in light of the growing economic relations between Italy and the UAE, with a increasing number of our compatriots living in the Emirates, and the increase in extradition and judicial assistance requests.
