Beijing – It will be a Chinese week for Sebastiano Maffettone, adviser to the regional governor Vincenzo De Luca, and Professor at LUISS University. Bi-directional trade in a globalized world have been at the center, reports La Repubblica, of the “Matteo Ricci Lectures”, a series of lectures and seminars on the concept of justice for scholars, researchers and students universities and research centers. Ghandi’s philosophy and Neo-Confucianism, as well as other oriental philosophies, could help restore ethics in Western liberal democracies. Maffettone travelled to China to engage with Chinese universities and convince them to adhere to the research project on intercultural, which sees the participation of universities from twenty countries.
