Pristina – the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini and European Neighbourhood Policy & Enlargement Negotiations Commissioner Johannes Hahn have signed a Stabilisation and Association Agreement with Kosovo. The pact aims to boost economic growth in one of the poorest countries of the continent, and will promote cooperation and free trade between the two sides, bringing into the Balkan country EU standards before a possible EU membership.
