October 28th, 2015 – The 13th edition of the Tirana International Film Festival will take over the Albanian capital from today until November 5. The festival is a major showcase in the Balkan region for international cinema and annually hosts international premieres, as well as a dense selection of international short films. This year, the festival will also feature a program of short films curated by the Centro nazionale del cortometraggio. Within this selection, there will be some of the most successful Italian short films made between 2014 and 2015. It is an important presentation for the Italian short film industry, in a country like Albania, which is going through a period of great cultural vitality and international openness. (Red)
