Paris – After the great success with the public and critics during the Italian tour of 2013, “Siddhartha The Musical” has arrived in Paris, at the Folies Bergeres, for two weeks of performances, from November 25 to December 6, in version that will be replicated elsewhere abroad. Produced by “Lilith Sa” and Gloria Grace Alanis, this is the first entirely-Italian musical distributed by the Broadway International Company, LLC. This distribution agreement will bring Siddhartha The Musical on tour in: India, China, Japan, Korea, Brunei and many others. In some cases, it will be translated into English and the local language. In January 2014, Siddhartha was represented in New York, Los Angeles and Mexico. In July and August 2014, it went on for more than 30 performances at the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh. The music combines echoes of ancient Indian culture to more contemporary sounds and, along with sets and maxi projections, it wraps the audience in a very addictive multisensory experience. Beppe Carletti from I Nomadi authored the closing song, and Osvaldo Pizzoli on flute who “colored” the musical with his genius. (9Colonne)
