Tehran – The law firm Padovan assisted the company Pessina Costruzioni in the negotiation and signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Health of the Islamic Republic of Iran for the construction and operation of five hospitals, three of which have already been identified and the other two will be identified later. The Memorandum explicates that that health facilities will be built via project financing and, in addition to the construction work, it also includes the management of non-health services.
