New York – The Hilton in Manhattan is getting ready to host, Feb.7-9, the greatest New York event entirely focused on Italian wine: the Italian Wine Week. After the success of previous editions, the Italian Trade Agency is renewing its commitment to consolidating and broadening the Italian offer in the American market. A market that in 2015 confirmed its place as first international importer of Italian wines, growing by 21%. And 2016 is forecast to continue in this positive trend, thanks to the appreciation of the dollar, which makes Italian products more convenient. This year’s edition of Italian Wine Week is structured like a convention and will feature meetings, seminars and showcases for the 1500 participating American operators. (9colonne)
