Menton – A Social Life is a traveling educational campaign conducted by the Italian State Police and the Ministry of Education, focusing on raising awareness and preventing the risks and dangers of the Internet. After a session in Naples on 26 September, the campaign, as part of the Connected Generations project of the Safer Internet Centre Italy, will make a stop in Menton, France. The idea of cross-border cooperation stems from the fact that the Internet has no nationality and in this borderless world distances are reset, and opportunities and dangers amplified. The campaign, which offers tips and suggestions on how to best browse the Net, aims to be a project in step with the times of younger generations. Co-funded by the European Commission, in the course of the two previous editions it gathered great consent. (9Colonne)
