Shanghai – Taste Italy! Wine Academy is the first Italian wine school devoted entirely to Chinese wine enthusiasts that is certified by Business Strategies. The School will open on April 2 in Shanghai, as announced today at the Chinese Wine Summit in Shanghai by Silvana Ballotta – CEO of the Florentine company, the only Italian enterprise invited to the event – and Jancis Robinson, wine critic, and author for the Financial Times. “From the US to emerging markets, the internationalization of Italian wine has passed and continue to pass through consumer education – explained Ballotta – We must set up a long-life education system dedicated to the final consumer.
