Moscow – Valentino strengthens its presence in Russia, as the Italian brand announced it will soon open, in the heart of the Russian capital, a 500 sqm boutique inside the Metropol Hotel. The top Russian retailer has become the exclusive distributor for the Italian fashion house, and in this instance will also manage the boutique in the Vremena Goda luxury mall. The new space will host men’s and women’s collection, and will have a private corner entirely dedicated to accessories. The store was designed by Valentino creative directors Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli, in collaboration with British architect David Chipperfield. (9Colonne)
