Warsaw – Building an international long alliance on the Italy-Poland axis with the aim of improving the supply chain efficiency and innovation of apples and increase exports on international markets. This is the objective of the Bilateral Forum organized by Macfrut and UniCredit held in Warsaw on Wednesday, April 6. The event will be attended by Italian and Polish companies representing all sectors of the industry, confirming Macfrut as a production chain exhibition. Poland is the first European producer of apples with 25% of total production, and Italy’s second with 21%. Although competitors, they have a common interest: to increase the non-European exports, in order to avoid the surplus on the Community market. (9Colonne)
