Amsterdam. An interesting study on the criminalisation of migration and European integration conducted by Alessandro Spena teniored professor of Criminal Law at the University of Palermo along with Luisa Marin from Twente University in Holland. Spena, along with Marin, was guest editor of vol 18 (2) 2016 of the European Journal of Migration and Law. The volume contains a special issue on “Crimmigration and Human Rights in Europe: Exclusion, Alternatives and Resistance”. It has also gathered contributions by academics from the University of Palermo and Oxford. (9colonne)
