Tehran – Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs, Vincenzo Amendola, opened the proceedings of the event “Implementation Status of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and lifting EU sanctions on Iran”. According to the Foreign Ministry website, the meeting was organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, in collaboration with Confindustria, ABI and other associations to provide clarification and guidance to financial and economic agents interested in the Iranian market. In his speech, Undersecretary Amendola highlighted Italy’s commitment to promote the relaunch, in a broader strategic context, the economic and trade relations with Iran, and to resolve the remaining critical issues in the financial and banking sector.
