(August 8, 2016) Barilla will accompany the Italian chefs in the world, both at work and in more playful situations. A collaboration has been launched between the Federation of Italian Chefs and the Emilian pasta company, which includes the placing of the “Fic Approved ” label on the bronze drawn Academia Barilla pasta line for the foreign market and the Oro Chef Selection line. On the other side however, the Barilla brand will be the sponsors of the Italian National Cook Team, i.e. Fic junior and senior teams who will represent Italy in the next major international culinary competitions, including the IKA Culinary Olympics 2016 to be held Erfurt (Germany) October22 to 25. “I am particularly happy – says Rocco Pozzulo, president of FIC – of this collaboration with the large, influential and innovative Italian company, a global brand which is undoubtedly an ambassador of Italian cuisine in the world.”
