Tokyo. This first semester shows a very positive sign for 2016 of the Finocchiona IGP salame, both in terms of production and turnover. From January to June, in fact, they have produced more than 612,000 kilos, an increase of 5.57% compared to the second half of 2015, and an increase of 13.77% between the first and second quarters of 2016. In economic terms and considering a longer span of time, from May 2015 to June 2016, the data speaks of a production value of over €10.3 million and almost €18 million for consumption.
