Lugano – In the heart of Lugano, there’s Ichthys. New restaurant specializes in fish cuisine, that combines tradition with innovation. Tiziana Risi coordinates the team and the hospitality and the young chef Giovanni Ruggieri is the soul of the kitchen.
He was born in Bethlehem and grew up in Piedmont, where since he was a child, he grows a small vegetable garden and, with it, his passion for gastronomy and highest quality raw materials. Ruggeri was trained at the most prestigious Italian restaurants, from Trento to Alba to old Milan heart, its culinary art today is so appreciated and mentioned in various publications, including “The Beer Sommelier”, published by De Agostini and translated into five languages.
