Kiev. Davide La Cecilia is the new Italian ambassador to Kiev. This was announced by the Foreign Ministry upon receiving consent by the Ukrainian Government and the resolution of the Council of Ministers. La Cecilia was born in Rome in 1961. He began his diplomatic career in 1989, beginning at the Foreign Ministry in the state secretary’s office. (9Colonne)
