Kabul – General Salvatore Farina, Commander of NATO Joint Force Command Brunssum, is in Afghanistan to verify the situation of the Resolute Support (RS) mission. In Kabul, General Farina met the Minister of Defense Habibi, Interior Minister Jahid and the Chief of the Armed Forces Shaheem. At the NATO Command he met with General Nicholson, commander of Resolute Support, and all Senior Officers Staff besides the ambassador Arama, Alliance Civil Representative. The visit is preparatory to the next “mission review” planned in a few weeks. (9colonne)
