Dubai. A bridge between Italy and Dubai that is open to anything that contributes in offering a breakfast with all the trimmings. Starting with a steaming and aromatic Italian espresso. “Breakfast Made in Italy” is a project tailored to improve quality, optimize costs, training staff and to better manage the flow of customers in a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment. It is a project designed and implemented by the CNA, with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development and of ICE, using the ‘Made in Italy’ concept through the union of services, equipment and products. An informational and training process that will be presented first at Sia Guest, thanks to the collaboration with Rimini Fiera, from Thursday October 13 to Saturday, October 15 and then in Dubai for the occasion of the “The Speciality Food Festival” November 7-9.
