Cape Town. Renzo Piraccini’s, President of Cesena Fiera, trip to South Africa to present the 2016 Macfrut, a fruit and vegetable market, in various South African cities. Piraccini spoke at at the Italy-South Africa summit held on October 18 and 19 in Johannesburg, during which an agreement between Emilia Romagna region in Italy and the Gauteng region in South Africa. The two territories were represented by the President of Emilia Romagna, Stefano Bonaccini and President of Gauteng, David Makhura. The Gauteng is the region which contains Johannesburg, the most developed in South Africa. The mission proceeds to Cape Town where Piraccini will encounter important South African companies, some of which attended the previous edition of Macfrut. (9colonne)
