(October 21, 2016) – Conserve Italia conquers America in two moves. The Italian cooperative consortium is in fact going to strengthen its export share on the American market through the creation of a new subsidiary in the United States and a distribution agreement for the commercialization of Cirio products in the Walmart chain stores. Based in Hoboken, New Jersey, it was in fact made “Conserve Italia Usa Corporation”, led by Pier Paolo Rosetti in the role of president and two directors, Cesare Concilio and Diego Pariotti. And in the offices of the new US headquarters, Conserve Italia has just signed a distribution agreement for the sale of Cirio products with Walmart, the world largest chain in the supermarket industry, a giant with more than 5,000 outlets of nearly 500 billion of turnover. “The Walmart stores where Cirio products will be present – explains Pier Paolo Rosetti, General Manager of Conserve Italy and president of Conserve Italia USA – will be about 30% of all stores with a Walmart sign in the United States.
