(7 November, 2016) A preview of the worldwide Week of Italian Cuisine (November 21-27) will be held in Dubai today until November 17 with the 8th edition of the Italian Cuisine World Summit. The event will be attended by some of the most important Italian companies in the food sector and is sponsored by the Italian Embassy to the Arab Emirates and the General Consulate of Dubai with the collaboration of ICE Agency. The event includes masterclasses, live cooking, food competitions and demonstrations, Italian and Arab VIPs, Italian cuisine Ambassadors and Italian chefs from all over the world. Classical music will also be a key feature: Maestro Riccardo Serenelli, artistic director of Villa InCanto and his singers will enrichen the inaugural event this evening at the World Centre Plaza of Dubai. The artists of Villa InCanto will perform from 19:30 onwards during the summit of Italian star chefs. Italian government officials and the Italian Ambassador are also expected to attend. (Red)
