(November 14, 2016) “Pellegrino Artusi and the unification of Italy in the kitchen” is the title of the exhibition promoted by the Italian Institute of Culture and the General Consulate in Lyon, which will be inaugurated Monday, November 21 at 18:30 (Salle Camille Georges , Mairie du 2ème arrondissement de Lyon). The event is organized as part of the First Week of the Italian cuisine in the world (November 21 to 27). As part of the week, there are also a presentation of the book ” Opera Kitchen ” by Professor Isabella Fabbri (Tuesday, November 22 at 19 at the Loft of the Goethe Institut – 18 rue François Dauphin, Lyon 2e); the screening of the film “The Dinner” by Ettore Scola on Wednesday, November 23 at 19, in the same location; the conference “Prized Mr. Artusi’: the words and the kitchen by Marietta to build a masterpiece”, donated by Prof. Giovanna Frosini, Thursday, November 24 at 18:30 (Mairie du 2ème arrondissement de Lyon).
