On Saturday, November 12, in New York, during the first week of the “Italian Cuisine in the World”, the chef competition within the “Basilicata Meeats New York” part of the project “Mapping Basilicata” of Basilicata Development. The competition was held at the “Marco Polo” restaurant. Five chefs prepared several dishes from the Basilicata cuisine, prepared strictly with “Basilicata Fine Foods” products.
