Prague. “Guido Guidi: looking east” is a photo exhibition inaugurated by President of Friuli Venezia Giulia, Franco Iacop in the Italian Baroque Chapel of the Italian Cultural Institute in Prague, installed by CRAF- the Centre for Research and Archiving of Photography of Spilimbergo. The exhibition will remain open until December 4. Guido Guidi (Cesena, 1941) is a pioneer of Italian landscape photography, whose work develops visual discourses aimed at investigating the meaning of the practice of looking. Influenced by neo-realism and conceptual art, he directs his attention on marginal and anti-spectacular areas of the Italian landscape. (9Colonne)
