Coimbra. Italian Cuisine in the World week continues in Portugal in the city of Coimbra where chef Augusto Gemelli’s school will host the workshop “The tradition of Italian flavours”. In 1996 in Lisbon, Gemelli and his restaurant have attracted important recognitions thanks to competitions in the sector. They have recently launched a new project linked to Mozzarella di Bufala D.O.P. in MOZZ & Co stores. (9colonne)
