Beijing – The Bracco Group is expanding in China, which became the second foreign market, with growth in 2016 of 8%, with a turnover of around 90 million euro, with the opening of a new plant. An investment of about 50 million over 5 years of which Diana Bracco, president and CEO of the Pharmaceutical Group, speaks in an interview with Sole 24 Ore: “This is a re-edition – but over a twenty years span- of the agreement signed in 2001 between Bracco and Sine Pharmaceuticals, of which we hold 70 percent. In China we have a factory in Pudong on which we cannot proceed with an extension. It will therefore be necessary to invest in a new production site. An investment that, over a period of 5-6 years, should absorb about 50 million Euros. ” (9Colonne)
