(27 December, 2016) The “New Shapes of Made in Italy” exhibition opens in Berlin. It is an occasion to display design objects that represents the theme of ‘value’ understood as a talent for researching new materials to apply. Projects that represent the ‘made in Italy’ brand have also been chosen. After its success last year in Budapest, this year’s exhibition is an international showcase for young creative Italians, in particular from Emilia Romagna, who have won prestigious awards. It is an opportunity to highlight a business model that consists of a designer as the director of the production chain who carries out research in sustainability of the production cycle and new forms of collaboration between project-based businesses and traditional companies.
