Niamey. Italy’s presence in Sahel is strengthened thanks to the nomination of a new Italian Ambassador following the recent decision to open new diplomatic headquarters in Niamey. The Council of Ministers approved the nomination thus setting in motion the standard procedure for the new Mission Chief’s accreditation seeking Nigerian authorities’ approval. (9colonne)
