(January 31, 2017) The International Holocaust Remembrance Day was officially celebrated on January 27, but the Italian Institute of Culture in Stockholm has decided to dedicate to the event a day apart, and above all a special evening: on February 2 in fact, in collaboration with La Fabbrica del Nulla, the Swedish capital will host a classical music concert dedicated to the memory of this genocide. On stage Stefano Agostini (Flutes), Carlo Failli (Clarinets), Luca Guidi (Guitars), Massimo Buffetti (Piano and Composition). The music, has sometimes suffered an unscrupulous use during the Holocaust period, in the extermination camps. Although in certain cases it was relegated to the service of those who wanted to use it to mask impending atrocities moments, the music was also a companion for those who, forced to endure inhuman living conditions, found confort and shelter, singing it, sometimes with lyrics born in those days.
