Berlin. The opening of the 25th edition of Fruit Logistica is close. It is the world’s leading event dedicated to the fruit and vegetable industry to be held in Berlin from February 8 – 10. This year the Alegra Group (which also includes Valfrutta Fresco and BRIO) participates in this important event with a large exhibition area located within ‘Spazio Italia’ (Hall 2.2), run by the Fruit and Vegetable Service Centre where over 50 leading companies in the Italian market are located. Fresh produce from the BIO Valfrutta line as well as sprouts and salad from ‘Linea Benessere’ (Wellness Line) developed by Cultiva exclusively with Valfrutta Fresco will be showcased in Berlin. There are three proposals for this new product: sprouts Pink Chard in salads, Daikon radish sprouts in salads and mixed sprouts in salads. (9Colonne)
