Paris. Châteaux & Hôtels Collection – the hotel brand chaired by Alain Ducasse which comprises 585 hotels, hotel restaurants, restaurants, bistros, brasseries and maison d’hôtes – renews its historic partnership with Omnivore, a world renowned food and wine event dedicated to the ‘jeune cuisine ‘(March 5 to 7) at the Maison de la Mutualité in Paris. The novelties of the 2017 edition of Omnivore include the new ‘scène Territoires’ – a stage devoted to the link between restaurant owners and their territory where only the Chefs from Châteaux & Hôtels Collection will be present. Among the 15 Chefs de la Collection there will be two renowned Italian chefs for the first time; Massimo Spigaroli from the Antica Corte Pallavicina and Theodor Falser from Johannesstube Restaurant of the Wellness Hotel Engel Gourmet & Spa. For three days the chefs will present their culinary identity alongside traders, journalists, artisans or producers to debate on the environmental and socio-economic impact a restaurant has on an area.
