Shenzhen. Professor Rossella Corrao, co-founder of SBskin (Smart Building Skins Ltd) – the innovative start-up and academic spin-off of UNIPA – participated in the second phase of the business challenge, ‘PoliHub’ of the Polytechnic of Milan Foundation and the China Association for International Science and Technology Cooperation, promoted by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Education. As a semi-finalist of the “Chinitaly challenge: scale-up for success”, Professor Corrao flew to Shenzen, China last April 11th to take part in the selection and explore the opportunities offered by the Chinese market, promoting SBskin in a country that heavily focused on innovation by investing significantly in research.
