Hamburg. An unsuspecting bather just before the attack of an inflatable shark, a skateboarding dog: unusual scenes of everyday life await visitors at the the exhibition “Via! Street Photography from Hamburg to Palermo” to be inaugurated on Friday 5 May at 19:00 at the Italian Cultural Institute in Hamburg. Photographs on display are the result of a photo project started in 2014 by the Goethe-Institut: ten photographers, five in Germany and five in Italy, photographed their cities in the style of road photography for over a year. A collection of spontaneous moments from daily life from Hamburg to Palermo was created from the different perspectives of the ten photographers. (9colonne)
