Buenos Aires. SACE and SIMEST – CDP Group companies in the Export and Internationalization network represented by Alessandro Decio, CEO of SACE – in Argentina to confirm their commitment in supporting exports and Italian investments in Argentina. SACE is among the first export credit companies to remove the blockade of insurance-financial operations in support of commercial transactions with Argentine sovereign counterparts – adopting an “open-minded” attitude – leaving a case-by-case assessment of their intervention in banking and corporate counterparties. A decision taken in consideration of the new government’s reform plan, the country’s return to the international capital market, compliance with the debt restructuring agreement signed with the Paris Club members in 2014, and the positive outcomes of the last missions.
