Minsk. In view of the Western Balkans’ Summit that Italy is hosting in Trieste, yesterday Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs, Vincenzo Amendola, participated in the ministerial meeting of the INCE (European Initiative Center), the Intergovernmental Cooperation Forum Regional, chaired this year by Belarus in Minsk. In his speech, the Amendola stressed the importance of European Central Bank (ECB)’s role in helping to bring the European Union closer to the countries that are not yet part of it. Today Amendola will continue his mission in Minsk and will have bilateral meetings with representatives of Belarusian institutions. (9colonne)
