(17 July 2017) “Wonderful news for all teachers and scholars of modern language teaching”: Madrid Chapter of the Dante Alighieri Society commented on the participation of Professor Paolo Ernesto Balboni at the 3rd International Theatrical Linguistics Conference in Spain in Madrid on September 16th organised by the Dante Alighieri Society. Professor Balboni is a leading voice in Italian language teaching and one of the pillars of the Venetian University that has been involved in linguistic research for over forty years. Paolo Balboni is Professor of Linguistics and the Dean of Modern Language Teaching at Ca ‘Foscari University, at Italian Universities. He founded and directed, and still partly directs, research centres, journals, book series, and language education video courses many of which are free of charge at www.reteducazionelinguistica.it.
