Stuttgart – The Stuttgart-based Italian-German Chamber of Commerce announced that it will host a delegation of selected Italian companies to visit the Südback Fair in Stuttgart from September 23 to 26 in collaboration with the Stuttgart Fair (Messe Stuttgart). Südback is one of the most important bakery and confectionery fairs, a driving force for new ideas and impulses, and is therefore an interesting opportunity for selected companies. The Italian delegation, made up of equipment manufacturers, machinery and raw materials for bakery and confectionery, will then have the opportunity to visit the fair and meet exhibiting companies in view of a potential future participation as exhibitors at the next edition of Südback (September 2019), which will have the largest exhibition area, thanks to the next inauguration of the tenth pavilion scheduled for 2018.
