This was stated by Angela Ribolzi, president of the Food and Beverage Group of Varese Unione degli Industriali and owner of Norden, dairy company from Osmate and present these days at Fine Food in Sydney, representing all industry companies associated with Unione degli Industriali, some of which are physically present at the trade fair, such as Daverio’s Campo dei Fiori (cheese) and Rossi d’Angera (spirits).
