Algiers. During the first eight months of 2017, Italy confirmed its position as Algeria’s primary partner. In January-August 2017, the top five clients in Algeria were: Italy with $ 3.87 billion (16.45% of total Algerian exports during this period) followed by France with $ 2.94 (12.5%), Spain with $ 2.6 billion (11.08%), US $ 2.4 billion (10.2%), and Brazil with $1.45 billion (6.2%).
