Shenzhen – Today will depart from Malpensa the first weekly Meridiana charter flight to China. From October 2, it will become a bi-weekly line connection, every Monday and Thursday. The flight departing from October 2 (IG3319) will take off from Milan Malpensa (IG3318) at 1pm (arriving in Shenzhen at 7.20am) and from Shenzhen at 8.50am; the flight time from Italy is just over 12 hours. The new line will be operated by an Air Italy aircraft, Boeing 767-300, with a dual configuration of 248 seats in economy and 18 in Electa, the business class of Meridiana. Meridiana starts connections with China in collaboration with Dream Air and Tempus Network, two leading companies in the Chinese tourism market. Both Milan and Shenzhen are major cities for their tourist attractions and intense commercial exchanges. In 2018, thanks to the collaboration with our trading partners and the Meridiana network departing from Milan, it will be possible to extend the offer of destinations in Italy and Europe to propose to the Chinese market in connection with the new flight between Milan and Shenzhen..
