(24 ottobre 2017) History makes us what we are, it records our experiences and demonstrates the evolution of an idea. For these reasons, from October 25th-27th, the creation and growth prospects of the Giffoni Experience will be the protagonist at George Washington University (GWU). The goal is to translate Gff’s nearly 50 years of life into a case study, which will become part of an international repository available to students enrolled in major Business Schools. The initiative was born from the desire to teach the world about the “most necessary” festival from a different point of view than has already been dealt with in more than 180 degree dissertations. The promoters of the three-day event are Roberto Parente, director of the LISA Lab at the University of Salerno, together with Professor Ayman El Tarabishy of Management at GWU and the director of the international network director – International Council for Small Business. The two professors felt director Claudio Gubitosi’s same feeling and developed an international research project entirely focused on Giffoni, investigating the facts and events with academic eyes. The intention is to tell the history through an entrepreneurial logic, interpreting behaviours and actions in the entrepreneurial area. (red)
