Hamburg. Each of us, in every single moment of the day, uses energy, often without being aware of it: the book “Energia per l’astronave Terra” (Energy for our Spaceship, the Earth) explains energy and the consequences of its use on the environment, health, the economy, and society. The third edition of the book, written by Nicholas Abed and Vincenzo Balzani, also provides extensive and current information on global energy situation and future prospects. During the conference on Monday May 14th at 19:00 at the Italian Institute of Culture in Hamburg, Nicola Armaroli will trace a possible energy scenario for the inhabitants of the spaceship called “Earth” – representative of a fragile and complex civilization.
