Brisbane. Gloria Beraldo, PhD student from the Department of Computer Engineering of the University of Padua, proposed the robotics project stemming from her master thesis at the International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA) (Brain-Computer Interface meets ROS: A robotic approach to mentally drive telepresence robot) that, among the many possible applications, can help people with reduced mobility. PhD student at the IAS-Lab of the Department of Information Engineering of the University of Padua, Beraldo presented the project to more than 3,500 scientists: a robot controlled by brain activity.
