Sao Paulo – A conversation between directors of Literary Museum Houses, and an opportunity to compare the contexts in which they operate, in Italy and in Brazil. Giordano Bruno Guerri and Marcelo Tápia Fernandes will meet Tuesday, October 30 at 19:00 at the Casa das Rosas in São Paulo. Giordano Bruno Guerri is president of the Vittoriale Foundation of Italians, and director of the Gabriele D’Annunzio house in Gardone Riviera. Marcelo Tápia Fernandes has been director of the biographical and literary museum Casa Guilherme de Almeida (Department of Culture of the State of São Paulo) since 2009 and has implemented a literary translation study centre in the museum. In 2016, he started managing two other houses – the Casa Mário de Andrade and the Casa das Rosas – Espaço Haroldo de Campos de Poesia e Literatura.
